Made from a blend of ground spices, garam masala adds warmth, depth and flavour to the dish - it is usually added just before the end of cooking. Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Pimento, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Star Aniseed, Nutmeg.
